  The shipping was really fast and the item looked identical to the picture which is very good for knowing what the product looks like. I like how they packed the item with a lot of protection which I liked about it. Over all the value on the item was also a really good buy because I needed the item and it was a really good price overall.

  I’m very pleased with my purchase. I have had the laptop for a few weeks now, and I’m pleasantly surprised at the quality it arrived in! This surface pro runs very smoothly and arrived with minimal to no real signs of wear or distress—just as described. I have not ran into any issues with running my schoolwork on it, and it doesn’t overheat when I use it for art. Shipped relatively quickly and in great condition.   I received what I ordered! Description was accurate. Phone arrived a couple of days later than originally scheduled, but after two days of ordering phone, I had received an email informing me of the change of delivery day. I am very satisfied with the product and the communication with seller, and Ebay.
